BlueScope Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Team Member at Eagle Farm, QLD. The role involves operating machinery, forklift and cranes, packing and quality checks to ensure top-quality steel products are delivered on time.

BlueScope Distribution is looking for a Warehouse Team Member to join the team based in Eagle Farm, QLD. BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

No previous warehousing, operations or manufacturing experience? No problem

What We Offer

These full-time, permanent roles offer a competitive weekly rate (pre-tax) starting from $1,209.54 (not including loading or allowances), plus superannuation. You'll also be eligible for overtime, public holiday pay and quarterly bonus. Our operations run 5 days a week, with opportunities across day and afternoon shifts. Afternoon shift attracts a 20% shift loading allowance.

Shift times include:

• Afternoon shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

What Will You Do?

In this role, you will be part of the team producing our high-quality steel products, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail to ensure only the finest quality is delivered - on time, every time.

• supporting and promoting a safe working environment
• operating machinery to process and manufacture our products
• operating equipment such as forklift and cranes
• packing, strapping, and checking products for quality

The role involves manual handling and lifting, as well as working in a manufacturing environment where noise and seasonal temperature changes are expected. We provide the training, support and equipment you need to work safely and successfully.
