Job summary

Winning Services in Kemps Creek, NSW is seeking a DC Team Member to join a safety‑first, fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will help with picking, loading, unloading and general warehouse tasks while maintaining a strong safety mindset and teamwork.

Permanent full-time roles offer an afternoon shift (3:00pm–11:00pm), base salary plus an afternoon loading of 17.5%, 12% superannuation, and free onsite parking.

Qualifications

• LF forklift counterbalance/reach licence is essential.
• LO order picker licence is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Keep operations running smoothly: picking, loading/unloading, receiving and dispatch.
• Move stock safely to storage areas and picking lanes.
• Support with cycle counts, returns and general warehouse tasks.
• Work with your team to hit shared targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and report hazards.
• Follow WHS/SWP procedures to keep everyone safe.

What You’ll Do:

Shift & Pay

• Location: Kemps Creek 2178, NSW
• Permanent Full-Time: Mon–Fri, 3:00pm–11:00pm
• Base salary + Afternoon Loading (17.5%)
• Superannuation: 12%
• Free onsite parking

What We’re Looking For:

• LF (Forklift Counterbalance/Reach licence) is essential
• LO (Order Picker licence) is highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience preferred (bulky goods a bonus)
• Strong manual‑handling skills and a safety‑first mindset
• Positive attitude, great communication and willingness to pitch
