Job summary

Criterion Industries in Pinkenba, QLD is hiring a Warehouse Team Member for a full-time, day-shift role. You will fabricate and assemble aluminium doors and joinery, follow job specs and safety standards, and move materials safely.

Ideal candidates have hands-on manufacturing or warehousing experience, basic ability to read drawings, and a willingness to learn forklift operation. This family-owned business values teamwork, quality and career growth, with on-site parking and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on work like manufacturing, trades or warehousing.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints (preferred).
• Experience using CNC machines will be highly regarded.
• Comfortable using tools.
• Physically fit and reliable.
• Willing to work full-time in Pinkenba, Mon–Fri, 6:30am–2:30pm.
• Pass a pre-employment medical and police check.
• Forklift licence valued but not essential.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our team at our Pinkenba branch.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in all our core warehouse operations, including:

• Fabricate and assemble aluminium doors and joinery
• Follow set job specs and quality standards
• Handle and move materials safely
• Keep your area clean and organised
• Communicate clearly with your team and lead
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep production moving

This is a full-time, permanent position working day shift, Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm.

What You’ll Bring (Experience)

• Experience in hands-on work like manufacturing, trades or warehousing
• Prior experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints (preferred, but not essential)
• Prior experience using CNC (Computer Numerical Control machine) will be highly regarded, but not essential
• Comfortable using tools
• Physically fit and reliable
• Focused on quality, safety and teamwork
• Willing to work full-time in Pinkenba, Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm
• Can pass a pre-employment medical and police check
• A forklift licence will be highly regarded, but not essential (or willing to get a forklift licence)
