Job summary

Hoban Recruitment is seeking an experienced Inbound Team Leader to join a busy 3PL operation in Derrimut. This hands-on leadership role focuses on supporting a team, coordinating inbound workflows, and maintaining high standards of safety and service.

You will report to the 3PL Operations Manager and lead a team to meet daily priorities while collaborating with warehouse and operations colleagues to optimise performance and customer satisfaction.

About the role

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, supporting and motivating the inbound team

• Monitoring productivity, accuracy and service levels
• Supporting team members with operational queries and issuesEnsuring compliance with WHS and company procedures
• Assisting with continuous improvement across inbound operations
• Working collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams

About you

We’re looking for someone with:

• Team Leader or Supervisory role within warehousing/logistics
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• Experience coordinating a busy operational environment
• A hands-on approach and strong problem-solving ability
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A commitment to safety and operational excellence

Previous experience in 3PL or inbound logistics will be highly regarded.
