Trumps is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to guide operations at Rocklea and Acacia Ridge, ensuring accurate picking, timely throughput and safe, efficient processes.

You will lead a proactive team, coordinate staffing, train staff on SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in quality, safety and inventory accuracy.

• Strong experience in warehouse management and supply chain principles.
• Forklift certification and a safe driving record.
• Familiarity with ERP and stock management systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

The Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing team at our Rocklea and Acacia Ridge warehouses. This is your chance to lead and develop a team, ensuring the efficient and safe processing of raw materials and finished goods. You'll play a critical role in bridging the production team and our customers, ensuring their expectations are not just met but exceeded.

What You'll Do:
