• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy.
• The ability to organise your workload and meet daily picking targets.
• A strong understanding of safe work practices, product handling and warehouse housekeeping.
• A positive attitude, clear communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A supply chain or logistics qualification would be advantageous.
• You must be comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment, including frequent lifting up to 15 kg and occasional lifting up to 25 kg.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete stocktakes as required.
• Conduct quality checks and identify damaged, non-conforming or potentially contaminated products.
• Ensure trucks are loaded correctly and goods are handled safely.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including RF scanning equipment and lifting and moving equipment.

• Contribute ideas to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce waste and strengthen team performance.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Senior Store Person to join our Rocklea warehouse team on the AM shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable warehouse professional who takes pride in accuracy, safety and teamwork and is ready to take on additional responsibility within a busy warehouse operation.

About the role

Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you will play an important role in ensuring the accurate and timely movement of raw materials and finished goods. You will also act as second-in-charge, supporting the Team Leader and helping keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:
