Sandvik is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for Mount Isa to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure safe, efficient supply of spare parts. You will lead warehouse personnel, drive process improvements, and maintain high service levels for internal and external customers.

Key requirements include proven leadership in warehouse or logistics, strong inventory/operational skills, and current forklift and order picker licences. A proactive, safety-focused approach is essential.

• Strong understanding of operational processes and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, dispatch and pick-and-pack operations.
• Lead and develop warehouse team; provide direction and support to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies and safe work practices.
• Improve warehouse layouts and storage solutions to maximise efficiency and accuracy.
• Build relationships with management, suppliers and customers.
• Monitor performance and report on productivity, KPIs and team development.
• Facilitate training, prioritize workloads and allocate resources to meet targets.
