Job summary

5B Australia Pty Ltd is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator in Adelaide to receive, store, and deliver goods while maintaining strong inventory control. You will act as a first point of contact for ERP-related issues and ensure accurate data entry for Goods Receipts and finished goods.

• Experience with operating inventory systems.

• Knowledge of ERP software and basic data entry (Goods Receipts, stock movement).
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
• Knowledge and application of safety behaviours including COR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, storing, and delivering goods.
• Resolve issues with scanning parts or ERP transfer for Production use.
• Data entry in Goods Receipt and finished goods delivery.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy and conduct stocktakes.
• Quarantine and record non-conforming stock in ERP.
• Load/unload finished goods per loading plans and SOP.
• Replenish decanting/parts prep areas and pallets.
• Warehouse and yard housekeeping and maintenance.
• Provide on-the-job training and lead warehouse staff.
• Adhere to EH&S policies and SOPs; manage risks.
• Ensure traffic management is applied.
• Support production activities (packing, moving finished goods, loading pallets).
• Report daily operational metrics and inventory health to Production Planning Manager.
