Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse, inventory, materials or logistics operations in a manufacturing or FMCG setting.
• Strong understanding of cycle counting, stock accuracy and warehouse processes.
• Experience coordinating inbound and outbound material flow and transport.
• Demonstrated leadership of operational teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound warehouse and inventory operations to support weekly production plans.
• Manage raw material receipt, storage, stock control, replenishment and outbound movements.
• Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counting, stock investigations, reconciliation and SAP transactions.
• Coordinate suppliers, transport providers, warehouse teams and manufacturing stakeholders to ensure material availability.
• Manage warehouse space utilisation and stock movement within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Lead daily operational rhythms including safety, transport and inventory meetings.
• Coach, develop and manage warehouse and materials teams, including performance, training and engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory performance.
• Maintain GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001 and internal quality requirements.

With five production lines and ongoing automation and capability projects underway, you'll play a key role in driving operational efficiency, safety and continuous improvement.

About You

• Experience leading warehouse, inventory, materials or logistics operations within a manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, stock accuracy and warehouse processes.
• Experience managing inbound and outbound material flow and transport coordination.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and investigation skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, transport teams and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of warehouse safety requirements, forklift operations and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) principles.
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO certification and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Warehousing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related qualifications highly regarded.
