Job summary

Asahi Beverages in Australia is seeking an Integrated Supply Planner to join our Customer Logistics team, supporting Woolworths Group. You will manage purchase orders, monitor inventory and collaborate across Asahi and Woolworths to deliver strong service levels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and inventory levels within Woolworths systems.
• Monitor stock availability and proactively minimise out-of-stocks.
• Partner with Woolworths teams to support promotional and seasonal activity.
• Investigate supply chain issues and coordinate solutions across the business.
• Work closely with Distribution, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Act as the key point of contact for Woolworths supply chain stakeholders.

We're looking for an Integrated Supply Planner to join our Customer Logistics team, supporting one of Australia's largest and most important retail partners, Woolworths Group.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Woolworths as the face of Asahi, managing inventory, product availability and supply chain performance while building strong customer relationships and driving exceptional service outcomes.

About the Role

As an Integrated Supply Planner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring Asahi products are available when and where customers need them. Working across both Asahi and Woolworths teams, you'll manage purchase orders, monitor inventory, resolve supply challenges and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver industry-leading service levels.

This role offers a blend of customer engagement, supply chain planning and problem solving in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

About You

We're open to candidates from a variety of supply chain backgrounds, however you'll likely bring:

• Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Logistics, Inventory Management or Planning
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Customer-facing experience within a B2B environment
• FMCG, Retail, 3PL or Distribution experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Experience working with major retailers will be highly regarded
