Job summary

Daikin Australia, a world leader in HVAC, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join the new Perth warehouse team. You will support the Warehouse Manager, supervise staff, and ensure accurate stock control and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires a current WA forklift license, previous warehousing leadership experience, and knowledge of OH&S. We offer training, competitive hourly rate, superannuation, and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in warehousing and logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of OH&S regulations and warehouse safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-bound and out-bound stock and inventory accuracy.
• Supervise warehouse staff including permanent and casuals.
• Ensure compliance with WorkSafe and OH&S regulations.
• Oversee picking/packing and order dispatch processes.
• Assist customers with pickups and load/unload vehicles.
