Programmed is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a ~25-person team in a large-scale food manufacturing operation in Lance Creek. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, efficiency, and on-time dispatch, reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

You will coordinate daily activities with Production, Logistics, and Maintenance, ensuring throughput, stock control, and compliance while driving continuous improvement and effective shift handovers.

Formación

• Experience leading or supervising a team in warehousing, logistics, or production.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-conscious with continuous improvement focus.
