We're currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations on a 2:1 FIFO roster.

About the Role:

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll lead a small team to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant warehouse operations supporting a busy remote mining site. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a proactive attitude and strong logistical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receivables, dispatch, inventory, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Lead and support a team of Warehouse Officers
• Maintain accurate stock levels and manage equipment/material deliveries
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and other site departments

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous supervisory or leading hand experience in a warehouse/logistics role
• FIFO and mining experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively
