Job summary

Capral Aluminium, via Comsupply, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Belmont Distribution Centre team in Western Australia. You will drive safety, optimise daily operations, and ensure accurate picking, packing and dispatch to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills, forklift competency, and experience with warehouse systems and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities including receivals, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
• Maintain high standards of workplace safety, housekeeping and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate daily workflow and allocate resources to meet operational demands.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Work with Customer Service, Sales and Transport to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support inventory management, stocktakes and compliance with company procedures.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Belmont Distribution Centre team.

We are looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Belmont Distribution Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading people, driving safety, improving operational performance and delivering outstanding customer service.

Working closely with the Branch Manager, Operations Manager and Customer Service team, you'll ensure warehouse operations run safely, efficiently and on time while fostering a positive, high‑performing team culture.

What you’ll be doing

• Previous experience leading or supervising a warehouse or logistics team
• A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop others
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A genuine commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with warehouse systems and inventory control
• Forklift licence (essential)
• Experience within manufacturing, building products, metals or industrial distribution will be highly regarded
