Job summary

Conquest is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure sites are supplied with materials, tools, plant and equipment. This permanent part-time role is based in Sydney and offers strong job security.

You will supervise day-to-day activities, roster a team, coordinate deliveries between sites, maintain accurate inventory, and drive WHS compliance. A forklift licence and drivers licence are preferred, with a White Card advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a warehouse team.
• Strong understanding of WHS in a warehouse setting.
• Experience using inventory or asset management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch and returns of materials, tools, plant and equipment.
• Lead, roster and direct the warehouse team to meet site delivery requirements.
• Coordinate logistics of materials from the warehouse to site and between sites with project managers and site teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records, including stock movements and project allocations.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Receive and inspect deliveries against purchase orders, reporting shortages or damage.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers and subcontractors to schedule deliveries and collections.
• Oversee servicing, inspection and tagging of tools and equipment before reissue.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organised, secure and WHS compliant.
• Train and induct new warehouse staff and prepare regular reporting on inventory and warehouse performance.

We're growing at a rapid rate. Due to new projects commencing, we are seeking an experienced and capable Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and keep our sites supplied with the materials, tools, and equipment they need.

This is a permanent part-time position with strong job security.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisor or leading hand role, ideally within construction, building materials, or logistics
• Demonstrated experience leading and motivating a team
• Current forklift licence (LF) is preferred
• Current driver's licence; White Card (General Construction Induction) is advantageous
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements in a warehouse environment
• Experience using inventory or asset management systems, and competency with Microsoft Office
• A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in record keeping
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing requests
• The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
