Job summary

Michael Page is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across Receiving, Dispatch and Inventory in Sydney's Greater Western region. You will manage approximately 40 staff through three Team Leaders, coordinate rostering and labour hire, and ensure inventory accuracy.

This temp role offers a competitive hourly rate, an immediate start, and a hands-on leader who drives safety, productivity and service levels across inbound and outbound operations.

Qualifications

• Warehouse leadership experience in a distribution/warehouse environment.
• Current Forklift Licence.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, dispatch and inventory operations.
• Experience managing teams and labour hire staff.
• Hands-on management style with excellent communication skills.
• Exposure to WMS and Microsoft Office systems.
• Ability to drive safety, productivity and team performance.
