Job summary

The Harvey Norman Campbelltown Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Warehouse Supervisor to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

You will understand dispatching and receiving of orders, coach staff and rostering, and liaise with customers to provide exceptional service. You will also supervise loading of trucks and ensure accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Experience in warehouse management.
• Ability to lead, coach, and roster a motivated team.
• Attention to detail with accurate distribution of goods.
• Commitment to WH&S policies.
• Flexibility with retail hours, including weekends and late nights.
• Current forklift, drivers, and pickers licences (preferred).

The Harvey Norman Campbelltown Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Warehouse Supervisor to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Warehouse supervisor, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Experience in warehouse management
• Have the ability to effectively operate a warehouse, coaching and rostering staff, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a \"can do\" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
