Job summary

Harvey Norman Global Pty Limited is seeking a casual Storeperson at the Gepps Cross Offsite Warehouse to deliver Great Service, Always! You will support dispatch, receiving, and customer interactions with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and flexibility across retail trading hours, including weekends and late shifts. Forklift, drivers and pickers licences are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Highly organised with strong time management.
• Experience checking delivery sheets and distributing goods.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching and receiving orders with accurate paperwork, liaising with customers to provide service.
• Distribute goods in and out of our warehouse; load trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain WHS policies and procedures and support a positive, compliant workspace.

The Harvey Norman Gepps Cross OffsiteWarehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
