Job summary

Harvey Norman Caringbah Warehouse is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee dispatching and receiving, coach staff, and ensure excellent service to customers. The role is on-site full-time within a busy retail logistics environment, with focus on safety, accuracy, and team leadership.

You will manage goods distribution, roster shifts, and liaise with customers to deliver Great Service, Always! across our network.

The Harvey Norman Caringbah Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Warehouse Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Warehouse Manager, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Experience in warehouse management
• Have the ability to effectively operate a warehouse, coaching and rostering staff, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
