Job summary

YUMA Australia is seeking a Warehouse Storeperson for our Tuggerah site on the Central Coast. You will receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch fabric rolls, samples and components, maintaining accurate inventory and coordinating local deliveries.

Based at 6 Joule Place, Tuggerah NSW, this full-time role reports to the Warehouse Manager and offers day shifts with AUD 70,000 per year plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience and safe working practices.
• Accurate receiving, picking, packing and stock-control habits.
• Familiarity with ERP entry or RF scanners.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods, check against documents and record shortages or damage.
• Put away stock with accurate records (product, batch, dye-lot, location).
• Pick, check, pack, and dispatch fabric rolls, samples and components.
• Prepare dispatch documents and coordinate carrier collections and local deliveries.
• Conduct cycle counts and record stock movements in the ERP system.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment only when licensed and authorised.
• Keep work areas tidy, follow WHS procedures and report safety or stock issues.

The opportunity 1 position available at our Tuggerah (Alpha) warehouse on the Central Coast. Receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch fabric rolls, samples and components. Keep inventory and location records accurate, and coordinate carrier collections and local delivery requirements.

Role details

• Location: Our Tuggerah (Alpha) site — 6 Joule Place, Tuggerah NSW 2259, Central Coast.
• Reports to the Warehouse Manager.
• Full-time, permanent role with Monday-to-Friday day shifts.
• AUD $70,000 per year + superannuation.

What you will do

• Receive goods, check them against documents and record shortages or damage.
• Put away stock using accurate product, batch, dye-lot and location records.
• Pick, check, protect and pack fabric rolls, samples and components.
• Prepare dispatch documents and coordinate carrier collections and local deliveries.
• Carry out cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and accurately record stock movements in the warehouse or ERP system.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment only when appropriately licensed and authorised.
• Keep work areas and aisles tidy and safe, follow WHS procedures and promptly report safety, quality or stock exceptions.

What you bring

• Warehouse or storeperson experience and safe working practices.
• Accurate receiving, picking, packing and stock-control habits.
• Confidence with warehouse systems, ERP entry or RF scanners.
• The ability to safely perform the physical requirements of warehouse work, including standing, walking and handling rolled or long products with mechanical aids and team handling.
• Reliable attendance and clear team communication.
• Work rights that allow you to perform this role in Australia.

Useful experience Experience handling fabric rolls, textiles, long-length products or fragile finished goods is an advantage. Stocktake or inventory-system migration experience would also be useful.
