Job summary

Programmed is seeking a motivated Warehouse Pick Packer / Store Person to join our busy Toowoomba site. You will accurately pick and pack orders, receive and dispatch goods, and help maintain inventory using computer systems.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A valid license and reliable transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, stores, pick packing, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and confidence using inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic in a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using warehouse management systems
• Receive, check, store, and dispatch incoming goods
• Process orders and maintain accurate inventory records using computer-based systems
• Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory management
• Ensure all orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time
• Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required
• Work closely with team members to meet daily operational targets
