Job summary

Freedom Australia is looking for a hands-on warehouse team member to join our Penrith store. This full-time role involves working in a small warehouse, lifting heavy stock, receipting, dispatching, and assisting customers with stock.

You will also help with general housekeeping, assembly of products, and stock control. Applicants should be physically fit, have good communication, and intermediate computer skills with awareness of WH&S standards.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a full time opportunity to join our Penrith store. Working as part of a team at a small warehouse at the store, you must be physically fit for lifting of heavy stock. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manual shifting, lifting, receiving, dispatching and storing stock within the warehouse.
• Receipting of stock.
• Assisting customers when dispatching stock.
• General housekeeping duties.
• Assembly of products.
• Stock and inventory management.

You will have a strong desire to learn and to make a difference; a positive and proactive attitude; effective communication and intermediate computer skills, as well as an awareness of WH & S standards.

Note: Weekend work may be required.
