Job summary

Reward Hospitality is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to support the branch by handling general warehouse duties and driving/delivering orders to customers. Reporting to a Warehouse Supervisor, you will help ensure orders are picked, packed, loaded, and delivered on time.

The role requires a current driver's licence, safe manual handling, and a team-focused, flexible attitude willing to learn and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or similar physical role.
• Physically able to undertake the role and demonstrate safe manual handling skills.
• A full current drivers licence with good driving history.
• Team Player and a 'Can do' attitude.
• Able to receive work flexibly, take directions, feedback and learn quickly.
• Confident in asking questions and making suggestions to improve processes.
• Reliable - punctual and dependable.
• Self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
