Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and stock handling.
• Current forklift licence and solid forklift experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and ability to work independently.
• Physically fit with manual handling capability.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Test and tag certification is a bonus.
• Experience leading or supporting other warehouse staff is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
• Receive and check incoming stock.
• Maintain inventory levels and minimise shrinkage.
• Perform stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Coordinate parts movement between sites.
• Manage freight and assist with service deliveries.
• Process returns and support internal teams.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised.

• Current forklift licence & solid forklift experience
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and warehouse management systems
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Able to work independently and follow procedures
• Good communication, problem-solving & people skills
• Test and tag a certificate as a bonus
• Experience leading or supporting other warehouse staff is an advantage, particularly for someone looking to progress into a future supervisory or management position.
