Job summary

HBW FOODSERVICE is seeking a Warehouse Storeperson in Hervey Bay, Queensland to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and dispatch of goods.

You will handle stock checks, order picking/packing, and maintain a neat, safe workspace while providing excellent service to clients. A forklift license is advantageous, with opportunities for development and a supportive team environment.

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
• Safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trolleys
• Assisting with inventory audits and stock takes
• Providing excellent customer service to our clients

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably within the food service industry
• Forklift license and experience in operating warehouse equipment is advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Proficient in the use of modern technology or confident in learning new skills
