Job summary

STIHL Australia is seeking a motivated warehouse team member to manage order fulfilment, packing, and dispatch while maintaining inventory accuracy. You will work with SAP, RF scanning and stock management systems in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll contribute to safe, efficient operations, pallet handling and accurate picking. Forklift licence is preferred; experience in logistics is essential and teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (essential).
• Current Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential).
• Basic computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems.
• Experience with RF scanning.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Positive attitude, reliable work ethic and a team-focused approach.
• Ability to work safely and follow workplace health and safety procedures.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders, ensuring products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on warehouse role focused primarily on order fulfilment and day-to-day warehouse operations, where attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are critical to success.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will assist with receiving incoming goods, inventory movements, stock putaway, and dispatch activities while using RF scanning equipment and warehouse systems such as SAP. You will play an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting operational deadlines, and supporting a positive customer experience through the timely and accurate processing of orders.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and reliable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering quality work, and is committed to maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse. While a forklift licence is required, this role is primarily focused on pick, pack and warehouse activities rather than dedicated forklift operation.
