Job summary

Boart Longyear Drilling Products – Willawong, QLD, is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support day-to-day inbound/outbound warehousing and inventory tasks. You will assist customers with collection orders, quotes, and orders, while packing, receiving stock, and dispatching shipments.

A strong team focus and commitment to health and safety are essential. The role offers a permanent opportunity, Monday–Friday day shifts, and the chance to work within a global organisation with training and career

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse and stocktaking experience.
• Current C Class Driver’s License.
• High Risk Work License – LF Forklift and Reach Truck (essential).
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Drilling Product customers with collection orders.
• Assisting the customer service team with quotes and orders.
• Preparing and packing customer orders.
• Receiving and replenishing stock.
• Loading and unloading of trucks.
• Dispatching and shipping orders.
• General housekeeping and other yard duties as required.
• Assist the team in meeting EH&S goals.
• Assisting with stock takes and cycle counts.
• Deliveries.

We are currently searching for a Warehouse Clerk to join our team in our newly established facility, located in Willawong. This role will assist in day-to-day inbound and outbound activities of warehousing and inventory functions, ultimately supporting our Drillling Product customers.

We are looking for candidates who are driven, with a commitment to Health & Safety, and have a strong team focus.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting Drilling Product customers with collection orders
• Assisting the customer service team quotes and orders
• Preparing and packing customer orders
• Receiving and replenishing stock
