Job summary

Nutech Paint Pty Ltd in Seaford, Victoria, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Storeman to support day-to-day operations, including receiving, stock control, picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders in a busy environment.

You will operate forklifts, maintain accurate inventory levels, assist with stocktakes and ensure all warehouse documentation is completed accurately and on time, while upholding safety and quality standards.

• Previous experience in a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Good attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience using an ERP or warehouse management system; Pronto experience would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and put away incoming goods and raw materials.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with regular stocktakes.
• Ensure inventory transfers between locations are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor stock movements and follow up discrepancies as required.
• Ensure all warehouse and freight documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.

Reporting to the Warehouse Coordinator, the Warehouse Storeman will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the Seaford warehouse, including inventory control, picking and dispatch, receivals, freight coordination and general warehouse duties. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, organised and reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

Key responsibilities
