Job summary

CV2ME Pty Ltd is recruiting for a practical warehouse and customer service role at our Coopers Plains store in Southeast Queensland. This all‑rounder position suits someone who enjoys working as part of a small team and keeping stock accurate while helping trade professionals and retail customers.

You will operate forklifts, receive and check stock, pick and pack customer orders, assist walk‑in customers, maintain inventory records and support stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift licence and driver’s licence.
• Experience in warehouse operations or building materials is preferred.
• Ability to provide good customer service and communicate clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work Saturdays.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to load and unload goods.
• Receive, check and put away incoming stock accurately.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders efficiently.
• Assist walk-in customers with product enquiries and order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control processes.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and replenishment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe at all times.
• Work closely with the sales team and store managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
