Job summary

Suntory Oceania is seeking a Supplier Quality Specialist to support the Supplier Quality Team in implementing and maintaining quality and food safety programmes for raw materials and packaging suppliers. In this role you will monitor food safety and quality risks, drive supplier quality performance, and assist with audits and NPD projects in collaboration with R&D.

You will work in our Ipswich manufacturing facility with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or quality experience in related industry.
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the food safety and quality risks of the raw materials.
• Drive supplier quality performance.
• Act as support on any significant quality related issues.
• Enhance Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with internal standards and external audits.
• Develop the skills to undertake Supplier audits.

The Opportunity

In this role you will support the Supplier Quality Team with the implementation and maintenance of quality and food safety programmes with raw materials and packaging suppliers.

Key accountabilities will include:
