Job summary

DuluxGroup Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Sales Assistant for our Fyshwick branch. You’ll be the key contact for customers visiting the branch, over the phone, or by email, handling orders, stock checks, and deliveries while supporting daily branch operations.

Join a team that values collaboration, development, and wellbeing. Prior Trade Retail experience and a current Class C licence are preferred as you contribute to excellent service and stock control in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Trade Retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Current and unrestricted Class C Driver Licence or higher.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and conduct stock checks.
• Replenish inventory and respond to order enquiries.
• Coordinate local deliveries and service counters.
• Assist at the service counter and support promotional activities.
• Manage stock and assist daily branch operations.

WhatYou’llBe Doing

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. As a Warehouse Sales Assistant, you’ll be the key point of contact for our customers in Fyshwick—whether they visit the branch, call, or reach out via email. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, conducting stock checks, replenishing inventory, responding to order enquiries, and coordinating deliveries for local customers. From assisting at the service counter to managing stock and supporting promotional activities, you’ll play an active role in all aspects of daily branch operations.
