Job summary

BikesOnline in Sydney is seeking a Warehouse Assistant (Receiver & Dispatcher) to support stock intake, picking, packing and dispatch of bicycles, parts and accessories from the Frenchs Forest warehouse. You will help maintain accurate inventory, processing returns and supporting internal teams to keep orders moving.

Ideal candidates have warehousing experience, familiarity with inventory systems, barcode scanners and basic spreadsheet tools, and a willingness to work full-time onsite with

Qualifications

• Previous warehousing experience in receiving, dispatch or inventory control.
• Experience using inventory, warehouse or order-management systems and barcode scanners.
• Experience picking, packing and dispatching orders.
• Experience with bicycles or bulky goods is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inventory stock; unload, count, scan and report discrepancies.
• Pick, pack and label customer orders; prepare stock transfers for dispatch.
• Process returned stock and support ExDemo inventory records with guidance.
• Record stock movements; assist with stocktakes and packaging supplies.
• Maintain safe, clean receiving, storage and dispatch areas; report hazards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Workshop, Customer Service to move stock and orders.
