Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our Kemps Creek team in Australia. This role blends 60% warehouse operations with 40% purchasing, ensuring stock is received, stored, maintained and dispatched accurately while supporting the supply chain.

You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and collaborate with Sales, Service and other internal teams to keep inventory records accurate, manage purchase orders and fulfil customer orders safely and on

  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control or purchasing.
  • Able to safely and confidently undertake heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required.
  • Current forklift licence and experience operating a forklift safely.
  • Experience using advise system or inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and accurately process incoming stock deliveries.
  • Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders, demonstration equipment and loan stock.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through our systems, stock transfers, cycle counts and stocktakes.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ensuring products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Follow up suppliers regarding purchase orders, delivery schedules, backorders and stock availability.
  • Maintain purchasing, inventory and supplier records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate freight bookings and track inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory, order and supplier discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work closely with Sales, Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Kemps Creek. This role combines 60% warehouse operations and 40% purchasing.

This role combines warehouse operations, inventory and purchasing support, ensuring stock is received, stored, maintained and dispatched accurately while contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the supply chain.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing the flow of products from supplier receipt through to customer delivery. Working closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Service and other internal stakeholders, you will ensure inventory records are accurate, purchase orders are effectively managed, and customer orders are fulfilled safely, efficiently and on time. This is a varied, hands-on position that offers a balance of warehouse responsibilities and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities
