Return and Earn bottle recycling facility in Maitland is looking for casual team members. This hands‑on role involves receiving recyclable drink containers from customers, operating a semi‑automated sorting machine and troubleshooting equipment issues when required. You will also use a point‑of‑sale (POS) system to accurately process sales/refunds, where attention to detail and integrity are essential. Strong customer service skills, the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, a solid work ethic and ability to perform well in a fast‑paced workplace are key to success in this role.
On the job training in using specialised equipment will be provided.A current Forklift Licence is Desirable(Counter Balance). Experience or knowledge of working within a factory environment is also desirable or someone who is willing to work on their feet for a set period of time.
