Job summary

Horner Recruitment seeks experienced Warehouse Pickers for a global automotive supply chain client in Sydney, NSW. You will work in a high-volume environment, using RF scanning and a Warehouse Management System to pick orders accurately and safely.

This permanent, full-time role offers a strong safety culture, structured processes, and opportunities to progress within the team for top performers; availability of 38+ hours, early starts and overtime expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience, specifically picking.
• Proven RF scanning experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience operating electric pallet movers.
• Reliable, hardworking and performance-driven attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• 2+ years' warehouse experience, specifically in picking
• Proven RF scanning experience
• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Previous experience operating electric pallet movers
• A reliable, hardworking and performance-driven attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
