Job summary

We are seeking a Warehouse operator in Horsley Park with a current forklift licence and high reach experience to join our busy team. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and contribute to daily pick and pack activities, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, restocking inventory, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, with a probation period.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
• Current forklift licence with high reach experience.
• Strong sense of safety and adherence to OHS requirements.

The Role

We are seeking a Warehouse operator with current forklift licence to join our dynamic and friendly team at our busy warehouse located in Horsley Park.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will work with the warehouse team to complete daily pick and pack activities. Working to a weekly schedule for material picking and deliveries ensuring picks are complete and correct.

Key responsibilities include:

Pick orders from paper picklists, ensuring accuracy

Wrap orders ready for dispatch

Load and unload trucks

Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment

Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to work in a busy warehouse environment that deals with long and heavy industrial product. You must have a can do attitude and the ability to work well within a small team.

You will display the following attributes:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-moving warehouse environment

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure

Strong sense of safety and a good understanding of warehouse OHS requirements

Current Forklift licence with high reach experience is essential - lengths of up to 9m of long items will need to be handled

A Forklift competency test will be conducted during the interview process

Good physical strength and stamina - some heavy lifting involved

Must have own transport (no public transport near by)
