Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Storeperson at our Horsley Park warehouse in New South Wales. You will handle high-volume inbound/outbound orders, stock put-aways, and stock replenishment, using RF scanners and a WMS to print labels and verify data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Forklift licence (high reach) and experience.
• Proven ability to pick, pack, check and dispatch orders.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and/or outbound orders accurately and on time.
• Put-away goods to designated locations and maintain organization.
• Replenish stock to ensure availability.
• Use RF scanners to assist order processing and inventory control.
• Operate WMS to print labels and verify data accuracy.
• Support regular stocktakes and maintain inventory records.
• Contribute to a safe working environment by following WHS policies.

• Efficiently processing both inbound and/ or outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Performing put-aways of goods into designated locations, maintaining organisation and accessibility.
• Timely replenishment of stock to ensure availability and smooth operations.
• Utilising handheld technology, such as RF scanners, to facilitate order processing and inventory management.
• Operating a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to print labels and verify data accuracy.
• Supporting stocktakes as required to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Demonstrating awareness of potential hazards and actively contributing to a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working in a high-volume warehouse environment
• High reach forklift licence and experience (essential)
• Proven experience picking, packing, checking, and dispatching of orders
• Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners
• Ability to work in a team with focus on giving excellent customer service
• Knowledge of inventory management
• Excellent attention to detail with a flexible, positive, can-do attitude
• Basic computer skills
• An understanding of the importance of adherence to WH&S policies and procedures
