This role combines warehouse duties with on-road deliveries, inventory checks, vehicle inspections, and strong customer service, all while following safety rules and company procedures. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate with teams, and contribute to order accuracy and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and able to drive a manual vehicle.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking, packing, or delivery driving.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately according to pick slips, invoices, or electronic scanning systems.
• Verify product quantities, descriptions, and conditions before packing.
• Pack goods securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory shortages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Organize stock within designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (where licensed and authorized).
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Transport products to job sites, suppliers, and other designated locations.
• Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Load and secure goods to prevent movement or damage during transit.
• Provide professional, friendly, and courteous service to customers.
• Address customer delivery inquiries and elevate issues where necessary.
