Job summary

Home Delivery Services in Melbourne's Dandenong area is hiring multiple casual Picker/Packer roles in our ambient 3PL operation. You'll be loading and packing customer orders, handling boxes up to 12–14kg, and contributing to a fast-paced warehouse environment.

We offer a genuine pathway to full-time for reliable team members with a Monday–Friday roster and occasional weekend shifts. Shift times are roughly 7:30am to 3:30pm, with on-site parking available.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to lift 12–14 kg throughout shift.
• Previous warehouse pick/pack experience (3PL or distribution centre background preferred).
• RF scanning experience; familiarity with WMS/ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to daily productivity targets.
• Perform consistent heavy lifting of boxes up to approx.12–14kg throughout your shift.
• Use RF scanning and WMS/ERP systems to process and confirm orders accurately.
• Ensure all orders meet quality and accuracy standards prior to dispatch.
• Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to keep the operation running smoothly.
• Adhere to WHS requirements and maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.

We have multiple Picker/Packer positions available in our ambient 3PL operation and we’re looking for motivated, hard-working people who are ready to hit the ground running. These are casual roles with a genuine pathway to full-time employment for the right candidates.

The Opportunity

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role in an ambient warehouse environment. You’ll be picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling boxes ranging from 12–14kg throughout your shift. We’re ideally looking for people who can commit to approximately 5 days per week across a Monday to Friday roster, with occasional weekend shifts also available. Shift times are approximately 7:30am to 3:30pm, though as a casual role shift availability may vary week to week based on operational requirements.

You’ll Bring

• Availability to commit to approximately 5 days per week – Mon–Fri with occasional weekend shifts
