Job summary

DECIEM is seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Pick Packer to join our Port Melbourne facility. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday to support warehouse operations and order fulfilment.

You will organise shelves, perform picking/packing, receive stock, verify shipments, and ensure safety standards are met while maintaining cleanliness and inventory accuracy. Qualifications

• Relevant warehouse and fulfilment experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs (ERP/Microsoft D365 experience a plus but not required)
• Effective time management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse organisation, stock shelving, wrap skids, and prep for rack storage.
• Perform order picking, shipping & receiving, inventory organization.
• Process incoming stock, unload trailers, verify packing slips.
• Organise and retrieve stock, pick/fill orders, pack and ship.
• Verify expiry dates or check lot codes and COAs; provide materials for testing.
• Label and release stock and orders.
• Uphold quality and health and safety standards.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidiness.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies (shipments, safety, stocking).
• Verify inventory counts and adjust stock as needed.
• Perform receiving, restocking, replenishing, wrapping skids.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
