Job summary

Medimart Group Pty Ltd seeks an enthusiastic Pick Packer/Warehouse hand to join our Monash location. This full-time role supports logistics, picking, packing, receiving and dispatching orders safely and efficiently.

You will handle stock, maintain orderly workspaces, and adhere to company policies. A strong team player with attention to detail is essential, with police and worker clearances required within set timeframes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar logistics/warehouse role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• National Police Check must be obtained within the first week of employment.
• NDIS Worker clearance must be obtained within the first month of employment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders according to pick lists and shipping instructions
• Receiving stock into the warehouse
• Organising and preparing orders for dispatch, including boxing and labelling
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure optimal productivity and safety
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
• Assisting with other warehouse and logistics tasks as required
