Job summary

Chandler Macleod in Townsville is seeking expressions of interest for experienced Warehouse Pick & Packers to support a busy distribution operation. Day shift with a pay rate of $33/hour.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse or distribution experience, own transport and a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass drug/alcohol tests and police checks. Physical fitness and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• RF scanning and stock allocation
• Palletising and wrapping completed orders
• Loading and unloading products as required
• Conducting quality checks to ensure order accuracy
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Following workplace health & safety procedures at all times

To be Successful, You Will Need:

• Your own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
• Previous warehouse, pick packing, or distribution experience (highly regarded)
• Availability to work a weekly roster, including potential overtime shifts
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and national police check
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
