Job summary

Chandler Macleod in Townsville is seeking expressions of interest for experienced Warehouse Pick & Packers to support a busy distribution operation. Day shift with a pay rate of $33/hour.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse or distribution experience, own transport and a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass drug/alcohol tests and police checks. Physical fitness and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, pick packing, or distribution preferred.
• Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work a weekly roster with overtime.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol test and police check.
• Physically fit for repetitive manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• RF scanning and stock allocation.
• Palletising and wrapping completed orders.
• Loading and unloading products as required.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
