One Key Resources is seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer for a mine site near Helensburgh, NSW. You will work in a fast-paced industrial setting with a strong focus on safety, handling warehousing tasks and SAP ERP processes.

Responsibilities include pre-start checks, forklift operation, inventory control, hazardous materials storage, and coordinating internal customer support. Day shift, Monday to Friday with weekends off, offering potential career progression within a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Current Class C Driver's Licence required.
• Order 45 medical or willingness to obtain.
• Mining/heavy industry warehouse experience preferred.
• Live within 80 km of the mine site.
• SAP experience or similar ERP system preferred.
• Rigging or Dogging ticket desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and warehouse plant safely.
• Report hazards, incidents, and near-misses promptly.
• Store Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Materials compliantly.
• Accurate receipting and issuing of inventory.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and clearly labelled storage areas.
• Efficient picking and preparation of material requests.
• Coordinate dispatch and return of core components.
• Deliver high-quality support to internal customers.
• Respond to queries and maintain strong working relationships.

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to join our client based on a Mine site near Helensburgh, NSW. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to work within a fast paced environment and previous experience within a Warehouse position ideally within Mining, Industrial, or heavy industry environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-start checks on all warehouse equipment
• Operate forklift and other warehouse plant safely
• Report hazards, incidents, and near-misses promptly
• Ensure Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Materials are stored compliantly
• Accurate receipting and issuing of inventory
• Maintain clean, orderly, and clearly labelled storage areas
• Efficient picking and preparation of planned/unplanned material requests
• Coordinate dispatch and return of core components (repairs, warranties, etc.)
• Deliver high-quality support to internal customers
• Respond to queries and maintain strong working relationships

About You:

• Current Class C Driver's Licence minimum
• Current Order 45 medical or willingness to complete
• Prior warehouse experience in a mining or heavy industry environment
• Living residentially or within an 80 km radius of the Mine site
• Sound computer literacy and data entry skills
• Strong safety focus and high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety and operational excellence.
