Job summary

One Key Resources is seeking a Warehouse Officer for a mine-site role near Helensburgh, NSW. You will ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment, manage stock, and support internal customers in a fast-paced mining environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Class C driver's licence, Order 45 medical, and experience in mining or heavy industry warehouses. SAP experience is desirable, and you will work Monday to Friday on day shift with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Current Class C Driver’s Licence
• Order 45 medical or willing to obtain
• Previous warehouse experience in mining or heavy industry
• Within 80 km of the mine site
• Strong computer literacy and data entry
• Rigging or Dogging ticket
• SAP experience or similar ERP system

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-start checks on all warehouse equipment
• Operate forklift and other warehouse plant safely
• Report hazards, incidents, and near-misses promptly
• Ensure Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Materials are stored compliantly
• Accurate receipting and issuing of inventory
• Maintain clean, orderly, and clearly labelled storage areas
• Efficient picking and preparation of planned/unplanned material requests
• Coordinate dispatch and return of core components (repairs, warranties, etc.)
• Deliver high-quality support to internal customers
• Respond to queries and maintain strong working relationships

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to join our client based on a Mine site near Helensburgh, NSW. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to work within a fast paced environment and previous experience within a Warehouse position ideally within Mining, Industrial, or heavy industry environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-start checks on all warehouse equipment
• Operate forklift and other warehouse plant safely

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety and operational excellence.
