Job summary

Weir ESCO is seeking a Warehouse Operator based at Lytton to join a fast-paced team focused on stock accuracy, order fulfilment and safe, efficient operations. You will pick, pack and dispatch orders, book freight, operate forklifts, maintain a tidy warehouse and use our inventory systems.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with onsite parking and uniforms provided. Strong teamwork and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years related warehouse experience.
• Valid high risk forklift license (counterbalance mandatory; high-reach preferred).
• Intermediate computer skills across Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Basic knowledge of hand and battery-powered tools.
• Strong teamwork, customer service skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
