Job summary

Capral is hiring for a Warehouse Operator / Storeperson in Cardiff. You will manage picking, packing and preparing orders, load/unload vehicles with a forklift, receive stock, and coordinate deliveries. You’ll work with a close team to keep the warehouse safe and efficient.

This role offers Monday to Friday work, a supportive team, and opportunities to learn and grow within Capral. A strong safety culture is at the core of daily operations.

About the Role

No two days are exactly the same.

You’ll work across our warehouse operations, from receiving and checking incoming stock through to picking and preparing customer orders, organising deliveries and loading vehicles.

You’ll be part of a close‑knit team that works together to keep the warehouse safe, organised and running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
