Job summary

Forza Global in Perth is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our Distribution Centre. You will help ensure accurate stock, efficient picking, packing and dispatch processes across daily operations.

The role requires an LF Forklift Licence, reliability, and the ability to work independently within a structured team. Hours are 8:00am–3:00pm, Monday to Friday; this is a casual position with potential for ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Storeperson or warehouse role.
• Current LF Forklift Licence is required.
• Australian Driver’s Licence (preferred).
• Strong understanding of warehousing practices, stock control and safe manual handling.
• Competent with computers, email and inventory/WMS systems.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work within a structured environment.
• Ability to safely lift and handle goods up to 20–25kg.
• Willingness to undergo a Police Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Fitting Assembly, Modification, Labelling & Conversions.
• Receiving inbound goods including unloading trucks and containers, stock inspection and putaway.
• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently (LF).
• Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting cycle counts and stock control processes.
• Accurate processing of receipts, transfers and dispatches using warehouse systems.
• Following bin location systems and warehouse procedures to ensure inventory integrity.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Adhering to site safety requirements and procedures.
• Supporting daily and end-of-month dispatch targets.
• Assisting with warehouse security and ensuring the site is secured at close.

Forza Global is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team in our Perth Distribution Centre. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, maintaining high levels of stock accuracy, and supporting consistent, on-time dispatch performance.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, takes ownership of their work, and can operate both independently and within a structured team environment.

A current LF Forklift Licence is essential. A current Driver’s Licence is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Fitting Assembly, Modification, Labelling & Conversions

Receiving inbound goods including unloading trucks and containers, stock inspection, and putaway

Operating forklifts safely and efficiently (LF)
