Job summary

Ramasa Foods Co, based in Marrickville, Sydney, is seeking a warehouse operator for a steady Monday–Friday role with overtime opportunities. You will handle picking, packing, receiving deliveries and stock checks in a small, reliable team within a clean food manufacturing environment.

This long-term opportunity requires physical fitness, attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Right to work in Australia and ability to lift up to 25kg are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
  • Preparing shipments and dispatching goods.
  • Receiving inbound deliveries.
  • Conducting stock counts and inventory checks.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
  • Assisting with internal supplies and stock movement.
  • Taking ownership of warehouse presentation and daily organisation.

Job description

Located in Marrickville (10 minutes walk from Sydenham Station), Ramasa Foods Co is an Australian-owned HACCP accredited food manufacturing company with 30+ years in the industry.

We manufacture, process, package and develop high-quality food products for customers across Australia.

THE POSITION

This is a steady Monday to Friday role with the opportunity for overtime.
We are seeking someone who is:

Physically fit and strong

Organised, accurate and detail-oriented

Responsible and reliable

Able to work independently and as part of a small team

Good communication skills and a helpful attitude

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Accurately picking and packing customer orders

Preparing shipments and dispatching goods

Receiving inbound deliveries

Conducting stock counts and inventory checks

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse

Assisting with internal supplies and stock movement

Taking ownership of warehouse presentation, stock accuracy and daily organisation

On-the-job training is provided.
Our systems are clean, simple and easy to learn for the right person.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Strong safety awareness

Ability to work unsupervised with initiative

Reliability and punctuality (7:45 am start)

Strong attention to detail

Physically fit (lifting up to 25kg)

Able to consistently work at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy

A positive attitude and solid work ethic

A "get it done properly" mindset

Ability to contribute to a small, supportive team

Nice to have (not essential):

Previous warehousing experience
