Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operator for our client's Parkes site. The role suits someone with warehousing, freight handling, or forklift experience and offers ongoing casual work with early starts.

You'll work a Tuesday to Saturday roster, starting around 4:00am, with a minimum of 4 hours per shift and potential for extra hours. Duties include loading, sorting, and general warehouse tasks, plus forklift operation if licensed.

Warehouse Operator -Parkes NSW

• Location:Billy Mac Place, Parkes NSW
• Pay rate:$35 per hour
• Start date:ASAP
• Roster:Tuesdayto Saturday
• Start time:Typically 4:00am
• Hours:Minimum 4 hours per day, with potential for additional hours depending on daily and weekly operational requirements
• Duration:Ongoing casual opportunity

Duties may include

• Manually loading containers with small freight items

To be successful, you will need

• Previous warehouse, freight, logistics, or manual handling experience
• Ability to start at 4:00am and work Tuesday to Saturday
• Reliable transport to and from site
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist where required

Desirable but not essential

• Current forklift licence
• 3T forklift experience or ticket
